This artifact is a formal observation completed during my student teaching experience. It includes feedback on my lesson planning, instruction, classroom management, and professionalism. This artifact is meaningful because it gave me an outside perspective on both my strengths and areas where I could continue to grow. The feedback encouraged me to be more intentional with my directions, transitions, and overall lesson delivery. It also helped me reflect on how small instructional moves can impact student focus and engagement. Experiences like this were valuable in my growth throughout the semester and helped me continue developing into a more confident and reflective educator.
